AAS - Support Those Impacted by Alchohol Addiction

Dear Sangat Ji,

This week Jakara Movement and Dasvandh Network are working together to raise funds for AAS, a program tackling alcohol use disorder and aims to bring together loved ones of individuals dealing with problems with alcohol, as well as individuals ready to address their probelms with alcohol.  

AAS (Hope), is designed to be a 10-week program which is facilitated by two counselors. They have created a curriculum designed to include dynamic approaches to the themes surrounding problems with alcohol. Our goal is to now expand AAS beyond the world of zoom, with the support of Sangat members as yourself. We hope to bring AAS in-person to local communities while continuing the online program that allows anonymity.

This week, we are partnering with our friends at Dasvandh Network to continue AAS and carry forward our hope for the loved ones and individuals who seek the assistance of this program.
