This year, celebrating 400th Prakash Purab of Guru Teg Bahadar Sahib, we launched a Kirtan Album – Rags of Guru Teg Bahadar Sahib. In this album, we created compositions of 17 Sabads in 17 Rags and collaborated with 10 musicians to professionally record these sabads. The main feature of this album was that in all of these sabads, we used Pakhawaj – a rhythmic instrument used in Kirtan during the time of Guru Teg Bahadar Sahib. This is the first ever effort to record Sabads of Guru Teg Bahadar Sahib in all Rags with Pakhawaj. The album received numerous positive reviews and life changing experiences from around the world. You can listen to the sabads on Gurbani Media Center, SoundCloud, Amazon Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, JioSavn, Pandora, Deezer.

We also published a paper on “Guru Teg Bahadar Sahib di Kirtan Shailly” in Kav Shashtar. Kav Shashtar is a well respected peer reviewed journal in Punjab and is circulated in all major universities and colleges. In this paper, we described the Kirtan training of Guru Teg Bahadar Sahib and uniqueness of his bani from Kirtan perspective.
