Over the last three months, we have made substantial progress on the above-mentioned project, with a range of completed tasks that have brought us closer to our vision of establishing a modern, high-quality facility. This development marks an important step forward in enhancing our services and creating a supportive environment for all those in our care. Through the details of the accomplished work outlined below is the small showcase of the dedication and effort that has gone into this initiative.
Hospital Performance Report: Last Three Months Surgeries and Procedures Performed:
Over the past three months, our hospital has conducted surgeries in all available departments. The number of procedures done reflect our ongoing commitment to deliver high-quality medical care, with a particular focus on supporting the underprivileged members of our community. Our team of skilled surgeons, medical staff, and support personnel have worked tirelessly to ensure that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve, regardless of their financial situation. We continue to prioritize those most in need, aiming to bridge the gap in healthcare access and make a meaningful difference in their lives. Through our efforts, we hope to not only restore health but also bring hope and relief to those who otherwise might not have the means to afford essential medical treatments.
NICU: The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a specialized area to provide critical medical care for newborns, particularly premature babies or those born with health complications. Babies in the NICU need assistance with breathing, feeding, regulating body temperature, and fighting infections. These interventions are vital, as premature infants often face underdeveloped organs and immune systems, making them highly vulnerable.
We are still in urgent need of two neonatal ventilators to enhance our care for these vulnerable infants. Prabh Aasra provides medical services to many individuals who require life support during their rehabilitation. Having a Ventilator Natal will save lives by ensuring critical care during respiratory emergencies.

Free Medical Camp
Prabh Aasra, in collaboration with Anekant Community Center and Aparigrah Foundation (USA), hosted a highly successful Free Medical Camp from 17th to 19th October, 2024 at Prabh Aasra Charitable Medical Sewa Center hospital. The camp provided a unique opportunity for the community to access a wide range of specialized medical services at no cost. Thousands of individuals received free consultations, diagnoses, treatments and medications, addressing a wide range of medical needs. Along with specialist consultations, the camp also provided free screening and distribution of eyeglasses at the hospital. A team of 14 specialized doctors from the USA, including experts in gynecology, psychiatry, pulmonology, orthopedics, urology, physiotherapy, general medicine, and pain management, joined our specialized doctors team to provide essential medical care to those in need. Their collective expertise and dedication made a remarkable impact, enhancing the health and well-being of our community members. We are deeply grateful for their commitment to serving our mission.
By offering free screenings, treatments, and the distribution of free eyeglasses, the camp significantly contributed to the well-being of the local community, demonstrating a strong commitment to accessible healthcare for all. Over these past three days, we have had the privilege of serving more than 10,000 individuals, including school going children and adults. As part of a collaborative initiative, we provided 472 pairs of free eyeglasses and are on track to deliver an additional 760 pairs. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to everyone who contributed to making this mission a success. Together, we are creating a lasting impact and bringing the gift of clear vision to those in need.
The six dedicated teams conducted eye screenings for children in nearby government schools, identifying and addressing vision issues. This service aimed to enhance the health and educational experience of young students by providing free specs where needed.
Construction Progress Update: We would like to mention there is still a significant amount of work ahead of us. Several key tasks remain unfinished, and we cannot achieve this goal alone. To complete this project and offer a fully operational, high-tech facility for those in need, we require additional support from our community. With your help, we can ensure that the necessary resources, infrastructure, and services are put in place to make this vision a reality. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of many and enable us to provide a modern, comprehensive facility dedicated to supporting those who need it most.
● Plumbing and Flooring: All plumbing work and the installation of marble and tile flooring are under progress.
● Doors and Fittings: Washroom doors have been fully fitted, and rooms will be almost ready for use after paint work.
● Water Infrastructure: Water tanks have been installed to ensure adequate supply for fire safety and general water usage.
● Current Focus: We are now working on the structure drawing of adjacent portion to be constructed and interlink the front and back buildings to ensure seamless connectivity and operations. The projected total expenditure for constructing this adjacent building is approximately 29,400,000.

Paint Work: Paint work in the above-mentioned building is pending for which we need your support.
STP Update:The STP work is progressing well. We have successfully removed the old flooring, also the GSP pipe work is completed. Currently, we are awaiting to fix the Kota stone on the floor. Also, we would like to add that the plaster work for the water provision is successfully finished. With your support and contribution, we are ensuring that work is on track for the upcoming phases of the project.
We are in need of the sewage water tank that is essential for collecting and managing wastewater generated at Prabh Aasra's Hospital facilities in the absence of Sewage connection by the Municipal Council. Proper sewage management is crucial for maintaining hygiene, especially for the environment that cares for the sick and vulnerable. This tank will help in storing wastewater before it is disposed of or treated.
