With the pandemic re-surging in Punjab, the difficult protest/mochaa ongoing, Baba Nanak Education Society (BNES) continues providing essential support to families of farmers who have committed suicide due to debt.

She talks about the background & history of the Adopt-A-Family project started by Baba Nanak Education Society. She speaks about the reality of gender discrimination still engrained in families, and how Adopt-A-Family intervenes on this: it has nudged more girls and women into schools and vocational courses.
