Bhupinder Singh alias Dilawar Singh was wrongfully arrested under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) , widely condemned TADA laws.

Sikh Relief UK has been helping the family to prepare a legal defence, remain strong and in Chardikla since he was returned to India in January 2019.

Bhupinder Singh had been living in Abu Dhabi since early 2018 and was arrested after Mohali police upon arrival back in India.

We will continue to support the families of Sikh Prisoners with the help of the Sangat and Almighty Waheguru Ji, Giver of Life and Breath.
