20 Youths Released

About 20 youths were released from other strict rules on UAPA.

Madam Jaswinder Sheemar in Session Court of Fatehgarh Sahib on Section 153-A, 120-B, Section 17 and Illegal Activities (Prevention) Act, 18 of 1967, Section 25/54/59, of the Arms Act and Section 66-F of the Information and Technology Act, about a dozen of Arms Act U/S25/54/59 of the Information and Technologies Act The youth have been ordered to acquit.

Seven youths were released from UAPA and were fined 5000/- under section 25/54/59 of Arms Act. This punishment was given to Maninderjit Singh alias Manu, Jahanpal Singh, Sarvan Singh, Karamjit Singh alias Bunty, Satnam Singh, Bachitar Singh alias Baba, Gurwinder Singh and (absent, proceedings separated).

Rana Pratap Singh, Kashmir Singh alias Kashmira These youth have been ordered to acquit under section 153-A, 120-B, section 17 of the IPC. And the remaining streams will remain on them, but in this case, PO has been signed.

The names of the young men who have been acquitted are Harvinder Singh, Jatinder Singh, Labh Singh, Dharam Singh, Tajinder Singh, Gurmukh Singh, Baljinder Singh, Kulwant Singh and Gurlal Singh and all these Singhs have been acquitted from all religions.

This case was followed by Sikh Relief and Gurpreet Singh Saini lawyer Sahib was present. The Sikh Relief is reaching the High Court to appeal the seven convicted youths so that they can be cleared of the other parties and bailed.
